Today we went to one of my favorite shopping destinations, Bicester Village.

If you have yet to visit Bicester, I strongly recommend that you do, as soon as possible. It’s amazing. All the designer brands you could possibly need – Mulberry, Celine, Dior, Jimmy Choo, Prada, Diane Von Furstenberg, Matthew Williamson, Temperly, Amanda Wakely, Marni, Burberry, Tory Birch, the list is endless. You will also find some fabulous children’s brands, including Bonpoint. And what is so fabulous about Bicester, it’s all discounted.

We took A with us today which was a bit of a mistake as she got bored quite quickly. It’s all outdoors and so the rain did not help. (Note to self, next time leave A at home) .As a result I didn’t get to look in all the shops that I wanted, although this was probably a good thing. Every shop I did go into I wanted to buy something. Isn’t that always the case? When you go shopping with an open mind and no real need for anything, you find you want everything?!

Despite not getting a chance to hit every shop, I still left a happy girl. These are just two of my new beauties. The laser-cut dress from Mulberry I just love and cannot stop thinking about. It’s the perfect combination to my Mui Mui gold pumps. The other purchase, by Matthew Williamson, is a real statement piece. I think a possible wedding outfit. (I have five this year.)

There is nothing more feel-good than a successful shopping trip. (Hence my excitement and need to tell you all about it.) I have decided I must do it more often.Who’s up for coming next time?

Happy Sunday evening.
