From experience i know that being pregnant really takes its toll on your body, as well as your mind! I found that one of the best ways to relax is to spend at least an hour on yourself, close the door and retreat into a world of pampering.
I had a number of different pregnancy massages during my pregnancy including a mum to be Decleor treatment, which i thought was wonderful! This same treatment was the one i choose for my friend.  The massage is carried out whilst you lay on your side ... Read More

pregnancy nails, why not?

23 Jun

I think it is really important to make time for yourself and allow a little bit of pampering at least a few times a month, this is even more so the case in pregnancy. Hormones and weight gain can get you down so its really important to do things that boost your mood and make you feel fabulous, even if it's only a little bit. One simple way to achieve this is to have your nails done!

For the past few years i have made it compulsory that i keep to my regular twice monthly Jessica manicure appointment at my local salon. I have 'silk wraps' which allow my nails to grow and breath ... Read More

I never thought i would get so excited about a shower wash, actually in this instance a shower Oil, but yesterday i did, and i just have to tell you all about it!

In this instance my friend is Silderm - 'Beauty through Science, clinically proven for stretchmarks.' Silderm is similar to the more popular brand, Bio Oil (i must admi ... Read More
