BABY BONNET

17 Nov

bonnet 1
As an Instagram addict, fuelled by both my blog and also my business, I basically make every single one of my purchases these days from something I have seen on one of those tiny little squares. (Unless it's Zara!) My community of like minded mums, mum bosses, friends and family, is constantly fuelling my shopping desires. Much to my husbands annoyance.

My latest obsession is baby bonnets. There is literally nothing cuter than a little one in a bonnet. Styles for summer in floral or liberty print will always catch my eye. For winter I like Read More

ESTHEX

Esthex pics
Welcome home, and it's back to the UK with a bump. (That's six loads of washing so far in 24 hours.)

Upon my return I have also been busily sifting through emails. It's always exciting to be introduced to new brands and products. One such that really caught my eye is Esthex. A cute Scandinavian brand created from the imagination of a little girl that grew up. Gorgeously detailed and animated characters created from re-discovered childhood illustrations.

Each character is carefully crafted with fair trade and ethics in mind. Made in Thailand within a humane and w ... Read More

A NEWBORN WARDROBE

25 Oct

Marie Chantal angel wings cashmere gift set £195
This time last pregnancy, at just over 20 weeks, I had already purchased a number of newborn outfits for expectant bundle. I knew we were having a little girl and could not wait to get shopping! Inevitable many of those purchases remained unworn. So, second time around, things are very different. To date I have not purchased one single thing?!

I am being very sensible (some may say boring) and taking my time in putting together my new, newborn, wardrobe. From experience I now know that there is no need to go overboard with outfits - skirts and dresses for example are a waste of ... Read More

LITTLE BOOTS

Boots-and-gilet
With winter style the topic of conversation I made it yesterdays mission to find the perfect winter shoes for A.

Last year she lived in a cute pair of brown riding-boots from Zara, so I thought this would be a good place to start. Experience proved me right - There were several different styles on display and I found it hard to choose just one. A navy suede pair with fringe detail really caught my eye but in the end I went for a more practical brown leather. Slightly different to last years style but I know they will once again get worn to death. Brown is the perfect colour to w ... Read More

FASHION COME-BACK

11 Sep

Dr-Martens
Pictured on a play date with fellow celebrity tot, Brooks (mummy Molly Simms), the mini-fashionista Harper Beckham was seen rocking a pair Dr. Martens. Back in the 80's DM's were the footwear of choice for the style conscious and I am predicting a come-back.

There's no denying they do look pretty cool. Harper Seven, biker-chic, teamed hers with a pretty pastel shirt-dress. Love this look.

I am already planning an outfit steal for my own little A. The question is which style to go for? What do you think? (Available in baby, infant and adult sizes.)

ANGEL’S FACE

28 Aug

angel
This season we have had five weddings, that's a lot of outfits to plan! For our most recent nuptials I was relieved to discover that (for A at-least) I need not worry, thanks to Angel's Face. Just the week before I was contacted by their PR and offered the choice of any colour or style from their utterly divine collection of Tutu's. Could there be a more perfect outfit for a little girl at a wedding?!

An Angel's Face tutu is not just any tutu. They are infact the UK's no.1 best selling pettitskirts and upon receiving ours, I chose a chic champagne and lace, I can see exactly why ... Read More

BOBO CHOSES. THE PETIT COLLECTION

7 Jul

bobo chooses shirts
I have just stumbled upon Bobo Choses and had to share them with you guys.

Bobo Choses is a quirky-cool brand of babies and kids wear from Spain. I think you will agree when I say their Petit Collection is just too cute!? A Bobo Choses kid, is definitely a super-stylish one.

My favorite has to be the Fish & Chips romper. This would be perfect for A to wear to the Aldeburgh seaside this weekend - their fish and Chips are the best you will ever taste, so seems rather fitting?! I also adore the overall styles with fruit-motif print. Now to decide which items to c ... Read More

J Crew baby
I know it's grey and miserable out there, but I am still optimistic that Summer is just around the corner...So in anticipation I have been looking for some new additions for A's summer wardrobe. (She will need summer holiday clothes, if nothing else!)  One if my favorite brands, for myself and for A, is J Crew, and this seasons collection for little-ones does not disappoint.

J Crew is fabulous when it comes to casual classics. Think simple yet stylish designs, offered in the softest cottons and cashmere, this season incorporating cool prints and candy colours. Spots, stripes ... Read More
