I thought I'd do a little autumn edit of girlswear. Hopefully a few of you will find this useful if your daughter, like mine, has grown like a weed over the summer and literally nothing from last years wardrobe fits. (I know a lot of us struggle with pre-teen fashion too, so this might save you having to shop around, assuming you/your daughter has similar tastes in clothing to me/mine!)

The boys weren't far behind, and both came along within two weeks. For us then, June is a busy month of present buying and outfit planning. And there's no better excuse for me to pick out some cute new outfits so the girls can get dressed up. I use the excuse that ... Read More

In our family October through to December is super-busy birthday wise! That's before we even get to Christmas eve or New Year. So with lunches, drinks and dinners in abundance it's important to be outfit-ready. There's nothing more stressful than realising you have nothing to wear.

My own wardrobe dilemmas aside, when it comes to the girls outfit selection can be just as fraught. I have learnt from experience that it's way more beneficial inve ... Read More
