Summer holidays are on the horizon (June to be exact) and so a few mini summer looks are required. Baby Gap currently have a gorgeous collection. Rompers, star-print, frills and bloomers are all in abundance, all of which are right up my street. The current 30% off promotion only tempted me further. Who can resist a style bargain?

The past week has seen some glorious weather which in turn has seen me reaching for A's more summery pieces. I find as the weather hots up dresses are our go-to. Even more so now with a new addition taking up alot of my time. Throwing on a dress is totally fuss free, and quick. This makes life easy when my darling daughter number 1 is being a little difficult, shall we say. Don't get me wrong A adores her new baby sister, but I have found her a little more demanding and needy. Her favourite line at the moment - 'mummy, I need you.' She also loves to play up w ... MADDERSON LONDON. NEW IN

14 Mar

Amelie
I will keep this short and sweet. Sometimes not too many words are required and it's best to just see for yourself.

Madderson London have recently launched their new Spring Summer maternity collection and as expected it's divine. Luxury, chic and ever-stylish, you will find nothing average about these new season looks. Old favourites are re-worked in summer hues (The Amelie in powder blue and gold French Tweed really stands out) as-well as some new editions that I just love. Hello Serena in Olive.

Basically it's one not to be missed. And please note, ... Read More

KEEPING BUSY

13 Mar

My official due date is now just two days away. The wait is on. It could however be another two weeks (!) so I am trying to keep busy in the hope that time does not drag...

Yesterday I heading into London for some beauty treatments with London Mother's Club at the Cowshed Spa in Selfridges. It was so nice to be treated to a little bit of pampering. My pedicure  included an extremely relaxing neck, shoulder and head massage, as well as a foot and leg massage. Cowshed offer a whole range of treatments as well as specifically tailored mum-to-be packages, so well worth a v ... Read More

ONE WEEK TO GO

11 Mar

IMG_20140308_172722
With just one week to go, and a day of shooting children's fashion ahead, I opted for the Saturday dress. Madderson London's go-to, weekend-style-staple. And how exciting to be able to show off a little bit of leg, thanks to the cheeky slit detail of this maternity maxi.

Who say's you can't remain stylish right up until the end? A pair of faithful sneakers and oversized cardigan finish the look. I love this long-line style from COS, who offer some great 'non-maternity' maternity pieces btw. And I'm always pulling on those Peter Pilloto print flats right now. (You might have noti ... EFFORTLESSLY CHIC. BAUKJEN

10 Mar

Baukjen
You know I am a big fan of Isabella Oliver maternity. Well I also love their sister brand, Baukjen, and I am not quite sure why I have waited so long to tell you...

Effortlessly chic, Baukjen is all about wardrobe staples - A great pair of jeans, jersey T, statement jacket and wear-with-all knit, as well as some great leather pieces. Be it a laid back weekend look, or something a little more style-savy, there are more than a few things I would like to add to my post-baby wardrobe right now. (One week to go!)

SS14. ON MY WISHLIST

6 Mar

IO-jacket
What's on my wishlist this Spring Summer?

Although I am not a girly girl, this season I am finding myself drawn to some of those pastel pieces. A little bit of candy pink teamed with white or grey is not too girly, right? I am also in love with the sporty-shoe-sandal-thing. Not everyone's cup of tea, but there is something a little bit cool about a Slide. Step up Isabel Marant. Zara also have a couple of quirky styles, for those of you that are still un-decided and want something a little more throw-away.

An over-sized coat in cream is a must (Hello Ga ... Read More
