There are only 21 days to go until Christmas. So if you haven't done so already, it's time to get thinking about presents. Children, mums, sisters and girlfriends are easy, but what about dad.! I always find it hard buying for the man in my life, as well as my own dad and mostly dad-in-law) what do you get someone that seems to have everything?!

When it comes to gifts ideas for him, if you are stuck for ideas, I would always recommend the classics. You can never go wrong with a cashmere sweater or chic new tie or wallet. Last year I got my husband a Mulberry wallet which went do ... Read More

Last week was one full of social soirees and Christmas prep, in between exciting meetings and frantically trying to keep to my many deadlines.

Wednesday saw my second edit for Blossom Mother and Child go live. This month features my mama and baby Gift guide. It was really hard choosing my favorite pieces, but hopefully you will agree, my selection includessome really lovely gift ideas. As well as my Blossom deadline, I was also asked to do a first piece for John Lewis. I am conscious that I only feature products and brands that I believe in on Mumzynot, but when such a high-prof ... Read More

A friend of mine recently asked me what changing bag I would recommend. She wants to treat a friend to something nice and spend a reasonable amount. I jumped at the chance to offer my advice. (I am also thinking of getting a new one, so research is for my benefit also.)

First off, personally, there are only three brands worth considering when it comes to baby bags - Sugarjack, Il Tutto and Storksak. They are market leaders for a reason. Stylish, chic and practical, without a hint of baby.  There is also a new contender in the mix, Baby Beau. I would like to say I discovered thi ... Read More

Hills star, Kristin Cavallari recently announced she is expecting baby number 2 with NFL husband Jay Cutler. The 26 year old has been snapped on a number of occasions showcasing the first signs of a baby bump and this outfit has to be one of my favorites. Chic and sophisticated with a sexy feminine edge, accessorized with a killer heel (Louboutins) and Chanel. Of course.

This is actually a really achievable and versatile look. Swap the heels for a leopard loafer and you are ready for the school run.

A great pair of leather-look pants and a chunky knit are both war ... Read More

New boots anyone? These beauties from Seven Boot Lane arrived on my desk a few weeks ago and I have been wearing them pretty much on a daily basis ever since. (These and my fave bikers that it.)

Seven Boot Lane are a new British brand based in Somerset. Made from the most luxurious, buttery soft leather, each pair is designed with quality and craftsmanship in mind. A pair of SBL boots is the ultimate in comfort and style, and judging by my new pair of Aretha boots in black leather, they are made to last. The perfect footwear choice to accompany my everyday style ... Read More

Gorgeous Gwen Stafani, ever-stylish, even when pregnant (with number 3 at age 44. Amazing!) Don't you just love her?

Pictured stepping out in Hollywood with her three beautiful men to celebrate the big man's birthday, Gwen dressed her tiny hint of a bump in a chic paneled coat over skinny jeans and monochrome blouse. She finished her look with a patent peep toe and contrasting white bag.

I love it all, especially that coat.

A few weeks ago I was sent a set of Pajamas from MamaMoosh. I am still waiting to wear them (desperately/excitedly) as my baby-bump is not quite big enough yet and the trousers are a little big, but in the meantime I just wanted to introduce you guys to this gorgeous little brand. (As seen in VOGUE, so perhaps not that little, but you know what I mean.)

As I am sure you are well aware as a new mum, or will soon find out as a mum-to-be, those first few weeks with a newborn leave little time for washing your hair, let alone getting dressed in the morning, so brands like MamaMoosh ... Read More

Yesterday I posted about the fabulous new collection by Kate Bosworth for Topshop, and today I have just spotted this image of Kate - in my perfect outfit. I told you she was one of my style icons. (I know, she's not a mamma. But sometimes there has to be an exception to the rule.)

Appearing at an event in New York, Kate was dressed head-to-toe Topshop and I love it all, but that skirt has to be my fave. I did actually just try the same style but in grey leather. With an elasticated waist it sat perfectly under bump and of-course came home with me in my bag. I wish I had seen t ... Read More

I have an exciting question, one that I hope will brighten up an otherwise grey and miserable week so far - Would you like to win a brand new designer changing bag by Sugarjack? More specifically, an exclusive to Mumzynot, the Rebecca bag in white? Well, excitingly you could do just that, right here.

I have teamed up with BumpPR and Sugarjack as part of an exciting new blog-trail where, along with five other fabulous blogs, you could win one of six great prizes. My prize, the Sugarjack Rebecca (as owned by Una Healy) is the ultimate chic-mum style-statement. In luxurious white l ... Read More

I met with the lovely girls from ASOS PR over breakfast the other week, and was lucky enough to be given a sneeky-peak into their exciting new Christmas maternity collection. Trust me, you are going to love it.

ASOS is great for maternity. They offer affordable yet stylish looks, taking some of the favorite styles from their ready-to-wear collection, and simply adjusting them for a bump. This is what maternity wear should be all about, right? We still want to wear the same thing but just need a little help with ruched side panels and elasticated waists. So thank you ASOS you see ...
